Accessibility at Yamasaki

We want every guest to move through our website and our dining room comfortably. If anything gets in your way, tell us and we will make it right.

Our Commitment

Yamasaki works to keep this website usable for everyone, guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes readable type, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alternative text on photography, keyboard-operable navigation and clearly labelled forms.

Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished project. We review the site as we add pages and menus.

Visiting the Restaurant

Our dining room is at 25 Broad Street, New York, NY, in the Financial District. Please call ahead and our team will confirm accessibility details for your visit and reserve the most comfortable table for your party, including step-free routing, seating height and space for a wheelchair or mobility device.

Service animals are welcome. Let us know about dietary restrictions or allergies when you book and the kitchen will plan for them.

Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter a page, form or feature that is difficult to use, contact us and describe what happened — we will respond and provide the information you need in another format if that is faster. Call +1 (212) 295-0914 or use our contact form.

Third-Party Tools

Some features, such as reservations, online ordering and catering orders, are handled by outside providers. We choose partners that take accessibility seriously, but we do not control their platforms. If one of them is not working for you, call us and we will take your reservation or order directly.
