Yamasaki seats up to 200 guests and hosts up to 300 for a cocktail reception, with semi-private and full buyout options. Our sister restaurant Bueno, a Latin-inspired room set inside a historic bank vault at the same address, is available for additional or combined events.

Menus & Notice

Event menus are served family-style or as a prix-fixe built from our current dinner and cocktail lists — cold and hot zensai, sushi and sashimi selections, kitchen mains and dessert, with cocktails, sake and wine from the bar. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and shellfish-free courses can be built in.

We ask for a 24–48 hour minimum notice depending on party details and availability. Room configuration, group minimums and pricing are confirmed with your inquiry — share your headcount and date and we will come back with the right space.

Planning a Private Event at Yamasaki

Does Yamasaki host private dining and events in the Financial District?
Yes. We host business dinners, cocktail receptions, celebrations and rehearsal dinners at 25 Broad Street, with semi-private seating in the dining room and bar and full buyouts available for larger groups.
How much notice do you need for a private event?
We ask for 24–48 hours minimum notice depending on party details and availability. Larger buyouts and fully custom menus are best arranged further ahead.
How many guests can you host?
Group sizes range from a private table for a small business dinner to a full buyout of the dining room and bar. Share your headcount and date in an inquiry and we will confirm the right space.
What do private event menus look like?
