Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Yamasaki and explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Last updated: September 21, 2026.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, party size, event details and any message you send through our contact, catering, feedback or survey forms. We use those details to respond to you.

We also receive limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, how you arrived at the site, the pages you visit and the actions you take on them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to hold and confirm reservations, respond to inquiries, plan private events and catering, improve our menus and service, and — where you have asked for it — send occasional updates about the restaurant.

We do not sell your personal information.

Reservations, Ordering and Third-Party Platforms

Reservations are handled by OpenTable through the booking widget on our site. Information you enter into that widget is collected by OpenTable and handled under its own privacy policy. OpenTable may report completed reservations to our Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts.

Online ordering is handled by DoorDash (order.online) under DoorDash's privacy policy, and catering orders may be placed through ezCater under its privacy policy. We do not control those platforms, and we recommend reviewing the policy of any platform you use.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how guests use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tags, and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage — pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, how visitors arrived, and on-site actions such as clicks on our phone number, directions, "Reserve a Table", the reservation widget, online ordering and catering links, and form submissions. Our Google Analytics data retention is set to 14 months.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

We advertise with Google Ads. When a visitor arrives from a Google ad, we store the ad click identifier and campaign details in the browser for that visit (session storage), and we use Google Ads tags and cookies to measure whether the visit led to a reservation, call or inquiry. Google may use this data as described in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".

When someone submits a private-event or large-party inquiry, the email address and phone number entered may be shared with Google in hashed form to measure ad performance (enhanced conversions).

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the restaurant and this website — for example our booking, ordering, payment and email providers — and where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep guest information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for our records, or as required by law. Survey and feedback responses are used internally to improve service.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

You can manage Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
